You know, not to say anything about your "groundskeeper" but I did notice when we were there this weekend that your lawn, though it looked cared for, was cut REALLY short which doesn't really help the grass dying situation. Just an observation. Maybe try getting some Milky Spore powder for the grubs if you haven't already.
